Refund Policy

This page explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled for Veo 3 subscriptions and credit packs.

Digital service policy

Because Veo 3 provides immediate access to digital services and credits, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or credits have been issued.

Subscription cancellations

If you cancel a subscription, it remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew automatically after that period ends.

Unused subscription time is not typically refunded unless required by law or approved due to billing error.

Credit pack purchases

Credit pack purchases are one-time digital purchases and are generally non-refundable after successful delivery, except in cases of duplicate charge, fraud, or technical failure to deliver credits.

Billing support

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support with your account email, purchase date, and Dodo payment details so we can review the case promptly.
