You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, fraud, unlawful usage, or violations of these terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. One-time credit packs are billed once at checkout.

Taxes, payment processing, and billing compliance may be handled through Dodo Payments as our Merchant of Record partner.

You may not use the service to generate illegal, infringing, harmful, or abusive content, or to violate third-party rights.

We reserve the right to investigate misuse and remove access, generations, or balances associated with abusive activity.
